Hilary returns to the podcast for the second time to discuss her award-winning book, Awake Ethics, which is an interactive guidebook with exercises for cultivating a more ethical workplace, leadership practice, and team culture. We discuss the ethical system that is based on an ancient system of yoga philosophy, and how as leaders we can incorporate the 10 principles in our workplaces and in our lives to work through struggle and become stronger leaders.  We discuss how professional development and personal growth are so closely related, especially in how we design our own boundaries and approach our relationships with ourselves and others.
