Alex Bartell is the Managing Director of Cinch IT Michigan, where he leads business growth and strategic development. With an MBA from Walsh College and over a decade of experience spanning manufacturing, business services, software, higher education, and IT, Alex lives for optimizing operations and driving revenue. In addition to his role at Cinch IT, he is a Senior Partner of Consortium Business Ventures (CBV), a small-scale independent acquisition group focused on acquiring and modernizing small businesses. Passionate about networking and innovation, Alex is dedicated to helping local businesses scale efficiently while fostering strong professional relationships. His leadership and impact were recently recognized with a 2025 Leadership Oakland Young Professional Award nomination as part of the Troy Chamber of Commerce’s TC Business Excellence Awards.
