EE 009: The Current Climate of Law Enforcement

Episode 009 delves into the current climate of law enforcement with my good friend and 20 plus year veteran deputy Scott Wells. Scott and I discuss a conglomerate of topics ranging from what traits are necessary to be a quality police officer, systemic issues that plague the profession, use of force, leadership and perspectives regarding the current use of law enforcement in regards to enforcing Covid related executive orders. Scott has had a long and successful career where he held various positions including; patrol, homicide detective, head of department training and various other instructor and mentor roles.
