Neseret Bemient is the owner of Return to Wholeness Healing Services and the creator of the popular YouTube channel “Confessions of a Psych Nurse.” With 17 years of experience as a Mental Health and Addiction Nurse/RN in the conventional mental health system, Neseret is a dedicated Holistic Mental Health Advocate. She discusses the lack of trauma-informed care and the overreliance on psychiatric medications without fully informed consent. Neseret overcame a diagnosis of “antidepressant induced bipolar disorder” and successfully reversed the condition. Through this transformative experience, she regained mental clarity, creativity, vitality, improved mood and energy, hormonal balance, and an inner sense of aliveness. This personal triumph fuels her passion and commitment to helping others on their path to mental well-being.
