Multi-talented athlete Tara Norton joins Sara and Alyssa to explain how she ran a double marathon with a stress fracture in her femur and lived to tell the tale. A former professional triathlete, Tara had 25 Top 10 placings in long distance races during her career. Now a coach and a mom, Tara sets her sights on longer races and in 2016 took on the Ultraman triathlon in Hawaii - 10km (6.2mi) swim, 421km (261mi) bike, 84km (52.4mi) run. Known for mental toughness, Tara shares her wisdom and answers questions from the Women for Tri Facebook group. Sarah McPherson also drops by to talk about TriEqual's new initiative, Change Makers. And Alyssa tells us how she is handling two Ironmans in two weeks in New Zealand.
