Brendan Gamze is part of Gamze Smokehouse, a family-run smallgoods company in north-east Victoria. Building on his father Felix’s work as a butcher, Gamze turns free-range whole beasts into small-batch chemical-free smoked products, working with local farmers, distributors, and retailers near and far to build an ethical business they can stand behind with pride.
