I know retail can be a dirty word for some of you, but today I really want to talk about the misunderstandings that exist in the industry around retail, some “misfires”, and the massive potential that exists for you right now in this area! We’re seeing an interesting shift in the relationship between retail and the hairdresser, and if you’re currently opposed to the idea of selling retail, or you’re considering letting go of retail, I especially want you to hear what I have to say.
