Trust Your Gut

Aloha friends and welcome to another episode of "Conrad" where I go on a solo journey of thought spoken out loud. I give my thoughts on the external chaos in particular the election, the never-ending "pandemic" and the constant noise attempting to pull you away from yourself while I ultimately suggest you eliminate the external and just focus on going within.

Also, I dig a little bit into artificial intelligence in relation to cell phones and the zombification of anyone who doesn't take note of this reality.
