The reality check you need if you want to get your momentum back. And if you’re at rock bottom at the moment. That is SO okay… What’s not okay is doing nothing about it.

I am the first to admit, falling into victim mentality is the easiest way out. And for majority of us, it has been the way of being our whole life. But it doesn’t ALWAYS have to be that way, and you have the CHOICE to change at any day.
