Kids pick up on what’s contagious and your energy in the home is!

In today's episode, I'm talking about shifting energy. I was low vibing for a bit, and it hit me how it was affecting my kids. If you're overwhelmed, frustrated, snapping at the kids – they pick up on that.

As moms, we have a tendency of projecting our own fears onto our kids and I'm here to teach you how to avoid doing that. 

I mean, I feel like we all worry about 'screwing up' our kids, but the truth is… they'll all need therapy at some point in life! Lol 

 

But for real, let's talk about how to not project onto them and instead owning our own stuff!
