Reaction to Rafa Benitez’s statement, and what is the timescale to appoint a new boss?

The main talking point is Rafa Benitez's exit, and the Spaniard issued a statement today thanking fans for their support as well as revealing the main reason for leaving - feeling the hierarchy did not back his project.
