In 1994, Dorothy Lee Barnett was in the midst of a bitter divorce with then-husband Harris Todd. After losing custody of their child, Savanna, she fled the United States and eluded the FBI for over two decades until she was arrested in Australia. “48 Hours" Correspondent Maureen Maher reports.
