Lately I've been hearing the term "a touch of the 'tism" getting thrown around and I'm honestly kind of happy about it. Is this a sign that the immense stigma surrounding autism is gently beginning to lift? Or is this a phrase that diminishes the impact of the struggles that come with being on the spectrum?
