Donald James began his career as an intern at NASA with plans to stay a couple years. However, when the space shuttle Challenger exploded in 1986, it set off a series of events that changed the direction of Donald's career. He retired from NASA after 35 years and is now a public speaker, mentor, business coach and author of Manners Will Take You Where Brains and Money Won't.
