First bites of breakfast meal 7:54am chicken ramen with lemon and chilli peppers, 2 fried eggs and 1/2 avocado, water bottles. 1 bullet proof coffee little butter, coconut oil, instant Folgers instant four sigmatic focus coffee with chaga and lionsmane. 12:55pm (noon was distracted being outside the library when timer sounded and was late nearly 7-9 mins) [3:14pm had water, broke fast, ate pasta due to severity of cramps from 2pm and worsening cramps and flow]. 4:32pm (4:02pm) and pod recording. 7:19pm (7:27pm as I was finishing a shower when the alarm sounded and got my food ready before prayer, Lord’s Prayer and 23rd Psalm). 8:30pm (9:05pm read some of Psalm 78 at random and said the Shema).
