男子幼儿园行凶，可能涉三项罪名，另外给媒体提点意见

7月10日上午广东廉江一家幼儿园发生故意伤害案，导致6人死亡1人受伤，那么这个案子会如何处理？另外我想对这个报道的媒体提一点意见。
