Todor's Bio
Todor started investing in real Estate few years after coming to Canada. His first purchase was a 2 units in-row townhouse in Toronto at Parliament and Richmond in 1995. What follows is a journey of hard work, many trials and errors through setting up property management company, renovations company, multiple properties purchases in different areas in GTA and eventually focusing on new construction condos and home in downtown and around GTA.
An avid student of business and trends, Todor keeps close relationships with the big builders as an insight to where BIG Money is invested and where the trends are moving to and delivers intel and profitable opportunities to his clients.
