I may say this in therapy at times, but all jokes aside, what are our coping skills and emotional regulation tools? How do we help ourselves and distract from the expressed emotions and come back to them when we can process them without those intense feelings? Life is hard and making choices and sitting in those toxic emotions is not fun; this scene gives us an example of how to think about those skills.
