Clandestino 150 - Shinichiro Yokota

For this milestone 150th episode it's a pleasure to present a mix from Shinichiro Yokota. During the late 1980's and early 1990's, Shinichiro and his cohort Soichi Terada produced a raft of rare US inspired house music gems through their Far East Recordings label, that despite catching the attention of a certain Larry Levan didn't reach the wider audience they deserved. In 2016 Rush Hour unearthed many of these recordings, showcasing them on their 'Sounds From The Far East' compilation followed by Shinichiro's 'Do It Again And Again' album earning them a new legion of fans.
