Royals join poignant D-Day commemorations

When King Charles was starting to think about his return from cancer treatment, being able to join the D-Day 80th anniversary commemorations was at the top of his list. 

Pod Save the King host Ann Gripper is joined by Daily Mirror royal editor Russell Myers to reflect on a poignant series of events in Britain and France, where the King was joined by Queen Camilla and Prince William. 

They also look ahead to Trooping the Colour, including the latest update on the Princess of Wales’s health as she continues her own cancer treatment, as well as the Japanese State Visit - and Prince Andrew’s home improvements.
