There is a misconception that people who work in the spiritual world never get depressed, down on themselves, feel lost, sad, lazy, uninspired etc… but that isn’t true, we can feel all of those things. The difference is that we have tools to bring ourselves out of such clouds. We don’t deny the feelings but think of expansive ways to help ourselves in so many ways.

Today we are going to talk about helping others.

Expansion, after all, is the key to bringing joy. Joy can’t be faked, but it can be remembered by the little things. A way to access joy is to help others.
