The mental side of golf is complicated, but Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott have set out to make it easier to understand and comprehend. Their book "Be a Player" is a great guide towards gaining confidence on the golf course. We don't do a lot of game improvement stuff on this podcast, but Soly swears that he cut measurable strokes off his game just by going through the exercises that this book lays out.
