Jennifer is the creator of Mindful Messes, an art-based Social Emotional Learning curriculum that helps kids and their grown-ups connect through mindfulness, playful movement, and invitations to create. Her latest offering, Break Free from Power Struggles, is an online program for parents who want to ditch the “perfect parent” fantasy, understand their child’s behaviors, and nurture more joyful connections. Jennifer lives in New Jersey where she not only has an in-person art therapy practice, but also spends as much time as possible enjoying the parks and beaches with her kiddo and husband.
