E11. 7 key choice points for 2020 and beyond

"... it's incredible that 2020 is upon us. It is amazing that the third decade of the 21st century is here. There's just something about that number 20, 20. It's like when it was 2015, then it goes into 16, 17. The years kind of silently passed by, but this is a bit of a wake-up call for all of us to say:
Hey, this is a new decade! ... And then you start thinking, well, I certainly have, where will I be at the end of this decade? I'll be 60, which is just ridiculous to think. It's just crazy to think that and time is passing by so quick. I mean, that's certainly my experience and every room I've been in, in terms of the trainings have delivered especially this year, whether we're talking a business environment, a private environment, a schooling environment, a sporting environment, whatever environments I've been in this year, we're all saying the same thing. ... We can't believe it's kind of so quick. So let's have a look at these seven key areas that I believe will contribute significantly to our emotional fitness for the next decade..."
