It was an exciting time to witness and watch unfold as a dream came to fruition. With that dream comes a lot of hard work and stressful times. I had a great conversation with both Erin and Nicole regarding the steps into opening the business, the tough decision to sell only after a few years after opening, and navigating a new identity after a big life change.
