It is very common for family members to cohabitate and live a life of sin in fornication. They don't see what harm that does to themselves and their relationship with God.  You love your family members, you want them to get to Heaven.  It is important to share the truth and importance of Marriage with your family at least once.  To be willing to listen and be there to help them to make the changes needed. To receive the sacrament of confession and hopefully live apart and decide to marry in the church.  Pray with them for wisdom and receive the truth from Jesus Christ.
