Inside Harvey Weinstein’s Overturned New York Conviction

New York's highest court announced on Thursday that they would be overturning Harvey Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction -- dropping his lengthy 23-year sentence. Though Weinstein will continue to serve time due to additional charges he faced in Los Angeles in 2022, the controversial ruling is anything but insignificant.
