Viktor Rybachuk joins the show to break down his wholesaling operation which is now grossing $300k/month with aspirations in the near future to get to $1Million/month. Viktor came to this country originally as a refugee from Ukraine and started doing real estate part-time while he was a full-time nurse! He now has a team of 17 people that he is growing to 32.
