Episode 22: Comfort zones

Have you ever signed up for something and then wished you could get out of it because you were too nervous to go? Ring, Ring, your comfort zone is calling!

We all know it, we all love it but sometimes we need to step out of it in order to try something new. And yes, this is extremely hard!

So I decided to record an episode about leaving your comfort zone, talking about how I stepped out of mine many times, what I need to work on myself and giving some advice on how you can step out of your comfort zone as well.

Don’t forget, we are all in the same boat and face the same problems. Hopefully this episode will make you feel not as alone and it can motivate you to try something new.
