Which Players to Buy? Basketball Card Preseason Rankings Countdown (From 20-13)

Just NINE days before the NBA Regular Season starts, we continue with our countdown of the PRESEASON TOP 30 players/cards for basketball card collectors and investors. Today's episode focuses in on players 13-20 in the rankings of players with descriptions of what/when to buy or sell these players. Some of today's guys are returning from difficult injuries or dramatic offseasons. Others are simply awesome players stuck on struggling teams. Two of the best players on our list today are from the Boston Celtics, and their values and price charts will flow up and down along with the Celtics' chances of winning an NBA Championship this season!
