Today's program is a memorial tribute to Ray Forgianni, who served Kenosha as City Planner and Director of City Development for more than thirty years, who died earlier this fall due to complications from COVID-19. Part One is a 1998 conversation led by then-WGTD News Director Bill Guy. He and Ray Forgianni discuss the plans for Harbor Park, which at that point was still in its final stages of planning.
