This week, in Congress, Arizona, a very disturbed man, from a crazy background moves into a desert area, from out of town. He makes some friends, but his weirdness, and severe bouts of drunkeness seem to keep the other desert dwellers on their toes. After one of the residents is killed in her trailer, a bumbling, and inept initial investigation ruins key evidence, and almost screws up the whole case.
