Jen talks to clinical psychologist Dr. Jennifer Contarino Panning about her work with adolescents with anxiety. They also discuss the rise in anxiety among college students and how simple things like nature and building a life work well along with therapy in curbing anxiety.

Dr. Panning also coined the term "Trump Anxiety Disorder" and was a contributer to the 2017 book: 'The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President.'
