The Witching Hour: Returning to Work in the COVID Era

It's been almost 18 months, and we are still in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Now it's the witching hour. People are being asked to return to the office. In this C-CRETS episode, Keith and Ricky will share some of the dilemmas being faced by underrepresented employees as more companies are returning to the office and talk about the “new normal” in the workplace.
