Should I Quit: Breastfeeding?

Julia has three toddlers at home. Her first child stop breastfeeding recently and it was a gradual process of feeling out when he was ready. But with her younger twins, breastfeeding has been harder – it's been making her sick. Should she stop breastfeeding them now to save herself from future illness? Or is it important to extend the same opportunity to her younger kids that her first child had?
