Jeremy Bamber: Dr Ferguson: The Cases of Paul Padget-Lewis and Sheila Caffell

Dr Ferguson was a consultant psychiatrist who treated both Sheila Caffell and Paul Padget-Lewis, both mentally ill patients who were released from hospital care despite serious mental health problems. Both went on to kill people in shootings which could have been avoided.
