Allen, a group of Biden allies were preparing for Biden’s death while he was in office, including making a list of judges who would swear Kamala Harris in. The book also claims that Biden couldn’t even recognize Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.). The book also discusses what happened with Biden dropping out and his endorsement of Kamala for the 2024 election.
