A strange trend has been spreading across TikTok and social media known as “Reality Shifting”. Thousands of people claim they’ve discovered a way to leave this world and transport their consciousness into alternate realities through meditation, scripted rituals, and sleep techniques. Believers insist the experiences are real. Skeptics dismiss it as a mass internet-fueled fantasy. But the question remains: is this psychology at work… or something science can’t yet explain?
