After years of offering her delicious Italian cookies, pastries, and savory treats at our local Farmers Markets, Maria Carlassare has opened a Piccoli Dolci brick and mortar location on the East side, to complement her market appearances. With a personality as authentic as her food, Maria was one of the most endearing guests we've ever had. Her passion for food is undeniable and you'll find yourself drooling at her detailed descriptions of her lasagna bolognese and ricotta gnocchi.
