This week Natasha is back with the third and final part of the Boundaries episodes where she will be joined once again by the amazing Holly Martinson to discuss some deep and interesting topics that they are discovering during their coaching experiences.

Holly Martinson is a former public and private school teacher and has 20+ years of experience in the field of Coaching and Special Education. Currently, she is an Integrative Executive Function Coach with Patient Minds, of which she is the owner and founder.

This final episode concludes the topic of Boundaries with the final step of advocating and enforcing those boundaries. During the episode, they discuss how to put your boundaries into action, how to create the space for doing so, and how to express them in your own way so they are heard.
