176. Understanding Israel and Palestine Pt 1: Blame the British

Over the weekend Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel leaving hundreds dead and many more wounded.  Hamas has taken prisoners and Israel has retaliated by ordering the complete siege of Gaza.   How did we get here? What is the history that undergirds the conflict we are seeing today? 

This is part one of a three part series hoping to give you a better understanding of the dynamics and history that lead to where we are today.  Dr. Kevin Carnahan joins Tim on the podcast to show us how European Imperialism laid the ground work for the conflict that has taken the lives of thousands of men, women and children.
