A characteristic of all high growth schools I work with is that they feel a deep sense of personal responsibility for student outcomes. In this week's podcast, I'm sharing some thoughts on what it looks like when we take radical responsibility for student outcomes as teachers and leaders. Reflecting on this isn't always comfortable, but it is necessary if we are going to achieve great outcomes for all.
