This week we meet our next candidate for CD15 Council Member, Tim McOsker. Tim is a San Pedro native whose family has multi-generational roots within the San Pedro community. Having previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief Deputy City Attorney for former Los Angeles Mayor James K. Hahn, he comes to the race with plenty of city government experience. Tim also served as CEO of Alta Sea, an environmentally conscious organization that focuses on finding sustainable solutions for ocean related problems.
In this episode he shares with us a little about his San Pedro upbringing, why he’s running for City Council and the issues that are important to him.
** Please keep in mind this interview was recorded on Friday, September 9th, 2022 and does not include any conversation about recent events regarding the current city council members and their office.
