In this episode, I got a little fired up talking about the concept of a healthier 2021. Why? Because often we focus on the enormity of trying to be perfect - fail miserably. Perfection isn't attainable - but better is. In this episode, I focus on small improvements you can make to be healthier in the physical dimension of your life. Just basic good principles that you can consider. Just be intentional about making small improvements over time in order to become a better version of yourself.
