Progress Singapore Party’s secretary-general Leong Mun Wai was a notable presence as a Non-Constituency MP during the 14th term of Parliament, sometimes having heated exchanges with ministers and PAP MPs. But he and fellow party member Hazel Poa did not retain their NCMP spots following the General Election in May.
