Some Issues About Coaches I Was Made Aware Of.

Hey All,

Recently, a few friends and acquaintances have brought up some issues about their coaches. Most complained about their coach not helping them with their anxiety or depression and asked if I could help.

Coaches and mentors like myself cannot and should not say they can help you with depression as a profession. If they are friends, that’s one thing, but not in their official capacity as your coach.

If they are your coach, they should not be your friend on a personal level since they can use that to their advantage to consult with you about things going on in your business or life that they are not trained for or licensed to discuss.

Interview a coach or mentor before you sign on the dotted line. Please!
