19: The Reset Rebel talks Yoga to cure depression and anxiety with yoga Teacher Suzanne Faith Slocum Gori

This week Jo Youle meets the teachers Yoga teacher, Suzanne Faith Slocum Gori. A newish island resident, Suzanne moved here from Canada a few years back, but originates from The states.  Suzanne has much to share on this weeks edition of the show, including how she has used yoga as a prevention for Cancer through her charity work, how asana tackles depression and anxiety, she also tell us how it was to practice in Pune in India with the legend that was the late BKS Iyengar and how how her trainings in Anusara have created space over the years.
