On Christmas Eve 1971, Juliane Koepcke awoke alone in the Amazon jungle after a plane she was on crashed in a storm.The sole survivor, she knew no one was coming for her and that despite her injuries, she would have to save herself. Oh, did I mention that she was only seventeen years old? Juliane is possibly the biggest badass we've ever talked about and this is an absolutely incredible story of survival against the odds.
