How incredibly apt that this meditation is number 111 and it is all about renewal, innovation, new ideas! I couldn't have planned that if I tried! Love the way the Universe works...

So today's meditation is all about embracing the energy of Springtime - the new beginnings, the expansion, and the growth. Tapping into the fresh, green, heart energy full of optimism, love and development.
