Episode 110: The Invisible Man (1933)

This week at The Film Club we're talking about the legendary Universal Monster The Invisible Man. The film tells the story of Jack Griffin who is a scientist and discovers a way to turn himself invisible but this experiment has its repercussions. Jack while desperately trying to create an antidote to invisibility finds himself the center of attention in the town that he is currently residing in. The people of the town are curious about this mysterious bandaged man that has arrived and are also concerned that he is on the run while using the bandages as a disguise. Jack gets himself kicked out of the Inn that he's staying at in town but he doesn't leave quietly and gives the townspeople the fright of their lives. Jack goes on the run and wreaks havoc on anyone who crosses his path. Can Jack figure out how to cure his invisibility? Or is he doomed to remain invisible forever?
